Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times
We ship all orders using Royal Mail tracked delivery services.

  • Tracked 24: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Tracked 48: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.

Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
